Check-In

We stagger guest arrival times to ensure that each guest gets our full attention.

Our standard check-in time is 5pm, this ensures that we have time to thoroughly prepare your lodge before your arrival. Earlier check-in times may be available and are dependent on how many lodges we are servicing on the date of your arrival; to fully clean and prepare a lodge and hot tub for a new guest arrival takes several hours. The number of lodges we need to service will determine when we can be ready for incoming guests. A week or so before you are due to arrive, we will contact you to offer a mutually suitable check-in time.

All our guests will be greeted at Reception. We'll confirm your identity, complete the simple check-in formalities, give you your keys and electric security gate opening fob and show you to your lodge. You will be shown how to operate the central heating, feature fireplace, use of the hot tub and provide any other information that is relevant.

We keep a selection of local tourist information at Reception including maps, places to explore and eat. Our Reception isn't staffed all day so please make use of this visitor information when you check-in.

Check-out time is 9am.
