Covid-19 Precautions
The retreat is NOT a high footfall location, every lodge is private, detached with its own parking space, and private entry.
We've made several changes to our procedures with respect to the on-going Covid-19 pandemic.
Lodge Cleaning.
- Cleaned and sanitised: Using effective disinfectant for all surfaces and high touch areas.
- Removal of non-essential items: Temporarily remove items which are more difficult to keep clean and hygienic but should not affect your stay.
Check-In.
- Guests are offered individual Check-In times. No two guests will be Checking In at the same time.
- Lodge keys and electric entrance gate fob effectively cleaned before being handed to arriving guests.
Hot Tubs.
- Emptied, cleaned and refilled before guests arrive.
- Cleaned, sanitised and checked daily.
We follow Government guidelines to report and manage any potential or confirmed infection cases.
