We will ask you to provide a security deposit against loss and damage to our property. We fully understand that items get broken, especially in a self-catering environment, and have no intention to charge you for genuine accidents and breakages. The security deposit helps us to cover such costs as replacing security locks/keys for the lodge, replacing the secure site entrance electric gates fob controller or the loss of bathrobes and towels etc. Deposits are to be paid by either credit or debit card and an amount of £150 will be 'Authorised/Held' against that card. In the unlikely event that a charge is levied by us for loss or damage, this will be taken from this deposit. At the end of your stay the Authorisation/Hold will be cancelled.
